01
Kara Welker
Co-Founder — EP + Creative Lead
Kara Welker

Kara is the architect. As former President of Talent + Audio/Alternative at Imagine Entertainment, she built the infrastructure for some of the most ambitious audio projects in the industry. Before that, she co-founded Generate Entertainment — the original multi-platform studio — helping define what it meant to tell stories across mediums before anyone else had a name for it. She's brokered landmark podcast deals with Audible, iHeart, and beyond.

Nathan Kloke
Co-Founder — EP + Production Lead
Nathan Kloke

Nathan makes things land. As former Creative Director at Above Average / NBCU Content Studio, he led creator development and branded storytelling strategies back when "storytelling" wasn't yet a pitch word — it was just something you either did well or didn't. He's known for audio that's smart and funny and honest, and for building production workflows that get ambitious projects across the finish line.
